We need a candidate who understands the art and science of building a strategy and securing the right voice/s for any of the brands we oversee at UEG.This role provides a rare opportunity for the right candidate to bring a fresh perspective and point of view about all aspects of working with creators and influencers from creative to commerce. It is a highly entrepreneurial environment that will demand independent thinking whilst maintaining a highly collaborative approach to working.RESPONSIBILITIES:

The VP will be responsible for developing an ownable and differentiated POV for creator and influencer marketing including methodology and measurement.Execute innovative influencer and content creator campaigns with digital influencers, as well as overseeing and activating influencer campaigns alongside account teams for blue chip clientsAct as oversite of a dedicated team who are responsible for all campaigns for a varied portfolio of brands, ensuring a high quality of work output across all deliverables while adhering to deadlines and budget parameters of the full life cycle of the program (strategy development, research, creative oversight, management of execution and delivery of work).Provide guidelines on measurement methodology.Provide direct input and management on marketing initiatives across diverse set of clients and industry verticals including beauty, fashion, food & beverage & lifestyle.Ongoing business development and growth within the portfolio based on key client relationships, opportunistic pitches, ideation and overall quality/health of the business.Provide client counsel and advise different clients on the best influencer and creator content strategies based on metrics and a sound business case for their particular brand.Manage campaign evaluation, highlighting strengths and identifying opportunities to improve future campaigns.Directly manage of two or more team members, their career growth and performance reviews as well as regular developmental and support needs.QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 8+ years of experience relevant to the role and industry with strong work examples in the CPG, beauty, lifestyle, food & bev, sports space. A deep knowledge of influencer marketing and creator content including casting, creative briefs, pricing and valuation, term development and platform performance.Experience evaluating, negotiating, briefing, planning and procurement of influencer or creator partners.Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, contracting, content creation oversight and risk evaluation, measurement approaches.Ability to manage the budgets and interdisciplinary account teams on large and small clients which operate both domestically and internationallyExperience managing account profitability, new business solicitation, and quality of account service and employee development within an agency setting.Superior written and verbal communications skills along with the proven ability to consistently make sound judgments and effectively motivate and manage teams.Strong collaborator and mentor with the ability to bring out the best in agency talent to produce great work for clients.Strong work ethic with the ability to confidently present and sell recommendations along with excellent delivery.$95,000 - $156,000 a yearAn employee’s pay position within the salary range will bebased on several factors including, but not limited to,relevant education, qualifications, certifications,experience, skills, seniority, geographic location,performance, travel requirements, revenue-basedmetrics, any contractual agreements, and business ororganizational needs. The range listed is just onecomponent of DJEH’s total compensation package foremployees.
