RBI owns four of the world's most prominent and iconic quick service restaurant brands – TIM HORTONS, BURGER KING, POPEYES, and FIREHOUSE SUBS.Responsibilities:Develop and lead an innovative and customer-obsessed Marketing Comms and Content Team.Drive continuous analysis of the competitive landscape and consumer trends.Establish a multi-year prioritized content strategy and guest recruitment road map.Ensure that the customer journey is engaging and seamless across channels.Lead brand positioning and visual identity strategy.Demonstrate mastery in brief writing to ensure creative execution excellence.Lead the IMC process for campaigns across channels.Evaluate creative and undertake copy testing.Champion tent-pole brand engagement moments throughout the year.Architect launch campaigns for core and innovation platform rollouts.Manage regional marketing communication content execution.Build strong relationships within a matrix structure.Train regional marketing managers and immerse local franchisees in brand positioning.Partner with the Digital & Loyalty team to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.Manage and activate the brand across the customer journey.Drive customer engagement while building long-term brand value.Leverage analytics to measure campaign and program performance.Own Marketing Business Objectives and KPIs.Successfully architect and manage the Marketing Communications budget.Partner effectively with our agencies to develop best-in-class work.Competencies and Qualifications:8+ years’ experience in marketing communications with retail, QSR and/or franchise experience.3+ years’ experience in a Brand & Marketing Communications leadership role.Proven experience leading teams to deliver high performing, high engagement OMNI campaigns.Experience in agency relations, content strategy and brand positioning.Deep understanding of customer experience and customer journeys.Exceptional collaborator with cross-functional teams.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Technical knowledge to bridge the gap between business side and consumer engagement.Ability to travel for shoots, PR/engagement and store events.Benefits at all of our global offices are focused on physical, mental and financial wellness.Restaurant Brands International and all of its affiliated companies are equal opportunity and affirmative action employers.
