7-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with a focus on consumer goods, beauty, or skincare industries.

Proven track record of scaling businesses, particularly in e-commerce or retail environments.

Experience in PR and brand management, with successful campaigns that have elevated brand visibility and market share.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong network and industry connections within the beauty, skincare, or consumer goods sectors.

Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategies, and e-commerce.

Leadership skills to manage and build a high-performing team.

Analytical skills to interpret market data, consumer trends, and financial performance to inform strategic decisions.

Creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and data analytics platforms.

Proficient in SEO, SEM, and digital advertising platforms like Google Ads and social media channels.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that drives revenue growth and market penetration.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the brand’s presence both online and offline.

Lead and manage the sales team, setting performance targets, providing guidance, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies and optimize sales performance.

Marketing and Branding:

Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and retain existing ones.

Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and influencer partnerships.

Manage the brand’s PR efforts, including media relations, press releases, and events, to build and maintain a positive brand image.

Coordinate product launches, ensuring that marketing efforts are synchronized with sales strategies to maximize impact.

Public Relations and Media Management:

Develop and maintain relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and industry leaders to generate positive coverage and endorsements.

Create and manage content for press releases, blogs, and social media channels to communicate the brand’s story and values effectively.

Organize and oversee brand events, sponsorships, and community engagement activities to increase brand awareness and loyalty.

E-commerce and Digital Strategy:

Drive online sales growth through effective e-commerce strategies, including optimizing the customer journey and enhancing the user experience on the brand’s website.

Leverage data analytics to track campaign performance, customer behavior, and ROI, adjusting strategies accordingly.

Expand the brand’s online presence through partnerships with e-commerce platforms, online retailers, and digital marketplaces.

Team Leadership and Development:

Recruit, train, and mentor the sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, customer service, and operations teams to ensure a unified approach to achieving company goals.

Set and monitor KPIs for the sales and marketing teams, ensuring accountability and driving performance.

Budget Management:

Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.

Monitor and report on the financial performance of sales and marketing initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends within the skincare industry.

Analyze competitors’ strategies and market positioning, identifying opportunities for Blue Monarch Skincare to differentiate and lead.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Work closely with senior management to align sales and marketing efforts with the company’s long-term strategic goals.

Develop and implement short-term and long-term plans that ensure the sustainable growth and profitability of the brand.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and distribution partners to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.

Oversee the development and execution of customer loyalty programs and other initiatives designed to enhance customer engagement and retention.

$95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
