Position Description: Overall supervisory responsibility for planning and implementing the development and execution of marketing plans and sales reports to reach targets from brand awareness and promoting our homes that will entice the community to come to Enriched Senior Living.

Proven experience as a marketer or in a similar role. An understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media, etc.) and market research methods. Demonstrated experience in marketing data analytics and tools. Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software, and other applications. Well-organized and detail-oriented, with exceptional communication and writing skills, along with commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.Duties and Responsibilities:

Superior knowledge of the Enriched Senior Living mission, staff, and operations, including commitment to “person-directed” care.Will personally conduct and participate in marketing by doing the following:Meet with potential residents and their families and bring residents into Enriched Senior Living.Oversee the web page and other electronic media and keep them up to date and effective.Use Zoho or other marketing and reporting software as provided by Enriched Senior Living.Plan, coordinate, and facilitate community events with Life Enrichment Directors, Administrator, Dining Services Manager, Nurse Manager, and Staff, and keep them informed of all special events.Implement specific training programs for staff, volunteers, families, or the general public.Strengthen local community involvement through promotion of Enriched Senior Living.Prepare and execute special projects as assigned by the VP and Sales and Marketing Director.Attend and participate in regional meetings.Provide information as required for Quality Assurance measures.Operations:

Participates in planning of regional meetings and marketing presentations.Maintains and follows budget.Communicate with Management team on forecasted sales and/or move outs.
