Develop and create design concepts for various projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with business objectives
Utilize performance management tools to track project progress
Implement organization design strategies to enhance efficiency
Utilize HRIS systems such as Oracle, ADP, and iCIMS for design projects
Contribute to strategic planning initiatives through innovative design solutions
Assist in administrative tasks related to design projects
Support change management efforts within the organization
Conduct employee evaluations to assess design impact
Experience Requirements
- Experience developing workforce prediction and analytics tools across a health system setting; expertise in healthcare role and workforce dynamics design experience across a variety of analytics and program software and tools in private and public sector
Qualifications:
Proven experience in design-related roles
Proficiency in utilizing HRIS systems like Oracle, ADP, and iCIMS
Strong understanding of strategic planning concepts
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with performance management and employee evaluation processes
Compensation
Min: $X Max: $X
Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
