and receive great health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and paid sabbaticals.GENERAL PURPOSE Serve as a go-to resource for managing all aspects of the firm’s externally facing content. Support the development, review, management, distribution, and analysis of a vast array of digital content. This can include the update process, lawyer bio updates, blogs, and services pages, as well as a host of other client-facing marketing content.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS These essential functions are primary job duties that incumbents must be able to perform unassisted or with some reasonable accommodation.Ensure all firm materials and related data are accurate and timely updated. Support ongoing editorial maintenance and quality control of all materials. Ensure that all materials follow the firm’s content strategy and style guidelines.Actively collaborate with marketing managers and other key team members to develop and update marketing collateral.Manage representative client name and logo details for the firm’s usage in both internal and external materials. Also, manage the firm’s accolade information to ensure it is accurate and timely.Serve as project manager for the firm’s current content strategy and development project. Also, provide project management support for special projects related to the development of materials for the firm including thought leadership pieces, industry surveys, practice brochures, etc.Participate in regular meetings to learn best practices, information, problem-solving, etc., with other team members. Actively review, learn from, and adopt best-in-class content development from more senior members of the marketing and communications teams.Perform other duties, as assigned.Be present at work during regularly scheduled working hours and as needed in the position, consistent with the firm’s attendance expectations.TRAVEL This position does not require travel.SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED

Strong abilities in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.Must have terrific organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and support multiple projects in a challenging, fast-paced environment.Ability to meet deadlines and respond to changing priorities.Must be extremely detail-oriented with excellent writing and editorial skills.Intellectual curiosity and ability to “get smart quick” on a wide variety of topics.Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to interact collaboratively with others.Experience and foresight to anticipate potential issues and escalate as needed. Ability to work with all levels of personnel and diplomatically interact with difficult personalities.Must be self-motivated, responsive and understand the importance of delivering exceptional client service.SPECIFIC SKILLS PREFERRED

Project management and a general understanding of the law is beneficial.Familiarity with email marketing systems is a plus.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Journalism, Marketing, or Communication.5+ years of professional services marketing experience preferred.This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, accrued paid time off plan starting at 20 days annually, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid Holidays, and family care benefits. The compensation depends on qualifications and experience.Washington State compensation range: $60,640 to $88,740 annually.
