This role involves collaborating with leadership to craft and implement communication strategies aligned with the company's objectives.The Employee Communications Business Partner (ECBP) will drive initiatives to keep Fitch Solutions employees informed about the organization's vision, goals, and updates, as well as share Fitch Solutions' key achievements with the broader Fitch Group.The ideal Employee Communications Businesss Partner will be a proactive, trusted advisor with a keen understanding of the business and its employee audience, committed to delivering results. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $140,000 – $180,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors.
