In order to make an application, simply read through the following job description and make sure to attach relevant documents.JOB OVERVIEWThe Marketing Manager will drive content and social media, partnership & ambassador activation, and other brand initiatives for Foresight Sports portfolio. A bias for action plus strong ability to prioritize, facilitate, and communicate will ensure that this individual increases the value of the Marketing team to the organization.This position reports to the Marketing Director and is based out of our San Diego office.As the Marketing Manager, you will have an opportunity to:Develop a plan and strategic vision for the brand, aimed at increasing awareness of the brand and the key differentiators that set our products apart.Drive Marketing initiatives with multimedia content comprised of but not limited to video, still photography & digital imagery, copy, and audio.Cultivate and activate partnerships with brand ambassadors and sponsorship partners.Take concepts from ideation to execution.Proactively communicate and liaise across the organization to inform, marshal resources, and ensure alignment.Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to identify, create, and distribute materials to educate potential customers about our products.Drive brand, process, and personnel improvement throughout the department, across regular meeting cadence and significant events such as PGA Show and consumer activations.You have:Bachelor’s Degree.Experience running a brand with a content-forward and storytelling mindset.Button-pushing capabilities on social media and content platforms, with ability to enhance the Foresight Sports presence on Meta, X, YouTube, and more.Bias for action; proactive mindset to take ideas and run with them.Capability to operate with limited direction.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to gain trust and inspire confidence within a fluid corporate environment.Comfort within rapidly changing landscape and priorities.In-depth familiarity with the game of golf, and golf technology such as launch monitors and simulators.You might have:Capabilities within Adobe or other creative suites.Gaming, hardware, software experience.Physical Working Requirements:General office environment, occasional need to lift and move objects weighing up to 50lbs, travel less than once per month on average.Pay Range:$107,500.00 - $168,100.00The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.We offer a highly competitive salary, comprehensive benefits including: medical and dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401K, PTO, tuition reimbursement, gear discounts and the ability to add value to an exciting mission!Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Females/Protected Veteran/Disabled
