Apply fast, check the full description by scrolling below to find out the full requirements for this role.About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to focus on our strategic partnerships with leading Global System Integrators (GSIs) such as Accenture, EY, TCS, Deloitte, Infosys, and more. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Business Development, Sales, and Partner Marketing teams to create and execute joint messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.What You Will Do:Strategic Messaging & Content:
Craft and own compelling messaging and positioning that communicates the value of our solutions in collaboration with GSIs.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales, BD, and Marketing teams to plan and execute enablement, training, and marketing activities.Partnership Growth:
Influence the development and execution of go-to-market strategies with GSIs.Market Insight & Strategy:
Engage with customers and partners to gather insights, refine messaging, and assess the impact of your efforts against key business metrics.What You Will Bring:5+ years of experience in product marketing roles within enterprise software, particularly in SaaS/Cloud environments.Proven ability to develop value-oriented messaging and create engaging content.Strong track record of collaborating with GSIs and navigating complex business environments.Technical foundation with the ability to understand and communicate product concepts effectively.MBA or equivalent experience; Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field preferred.Come As You AreAt Confluent, equality is a core tenet of our culture.
