The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.A Growing a B2C health and wellness company is hiring for an Art Director/Senior Designer to bring creative innovation and excellence to the brand's presence across various channels. The Art Director/ Sr. Designer will partner with the creative team and understand the brand to deliver strong conceptual ideas and carry through to seamless design execution. The Art Director/Sr Designer should have a refined eye for layouts, packaging, creative direction to visualize and transform the products into the digital world.Responsibilities:Concept campaigns and brand moments, bringing creative innovation and excellence to all projects across all channelsWorking with creative, marketing and product teams, you will work on concept development to final production of shoots for product photography as well as hands-on design for email, packaging design, UX/UI and social posts, paid ads and templatesDesign and develop world-class 2D/3D print and packaging collateralDefine and maintain standards, including logo sizing, spacing, typography, and colorLead the visual aspects of brand design to ensure they are visually compelling and align with the brand's identity and quality standardsUphold brand guidelines while expanding on guidelines and pushing creative boundariesProvide design feedback to the creative team on brand work to continuously elevate the work and ensure layouts adhere to digital and print best practices.Collaborate with the creative team on new ideas and conceptsQualifications:7+ years of experience in art direction, graphic design, or a related field, with a portfolio that supports a range of experience of design concepts and executionA bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, digital art, or a related fieldHigh proficiency in Adobe Suite programsStrong creative thinking capabilities and problem-solving skillsA high attention to detail with the ability to keep digital assets organizedA record of being an effective and empowering creative leaderPrior people management experience, with an ability to mentor and inspire a small teamAn ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication skills and feedback skills, with an ability to give, and receive feedback, and incorporate constructive feedback in a collaborative mannerPrevious experience in health, wellness, beauty, skincare, or luxury retail preferred
