By providing advertisers with flexibility and transparency in how they want to utilize the best of AI and human intelligence, we empower them to customize the level of automation and granularity of their advertising strategies.Key Responsibilities | What you will be doing:Content creation, social media and lead generation are the primary responsiblitlies of this role. You will have experience in creating content relevavant to target audiences and then pushing content through social, paid or organic channels to drive leads. Additionally, paid social and SEM will be leveraged to further drive leads.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and create compelling and high performing content funnels across channels including blog posts, social media posts, reports, case studies, videos and more.Create and execute brand awareness and lead generation campaigns in both organic(social, SEO, review sites) and performance marketing channels (SEM, paid social, email, online video)Optimize content for SEO to drive organic traffic and increase brand visibility.Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.Analyze user behavior and engagement data to optimize the customer journey and increase conversion rates.Plan and implement A/B tests to continuously improve cost effectiveness of marketing activitiesPrepare marketing reports to brief stakeholders on key performance indicators (KPIs)Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.2+ years of B2B marketing experience - tech or e-commerce industry is preferred.Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure marketing campaign performance.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Why SparkX?Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision.Unlimited PTOOpportunity for career advancement and professional development.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Leading AI-powered ad management solutions.
