You are a self-starter, confident working in a constantly evolving environment where ambiguity and short turnaround schedules are the norm. You contribute to an inclusive environment through respecting each others’ differences and having the curiosity to learn.Leading a group of Content Managers and collaborating closely with a global publishing agency, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of quality, productivity, and response time for all publishing deliverables across REM platforms. Responsibilities include:Content Deployment:

Lead all efforts associated with global content deployment at scale, across customer and internal facing content on multiple digital channels.Content Governance:

Establish and drive content standards, guidelines, and best practices to maintain consistency and quality across all digital platforms.Content Deployment Calendar:

Maintain the content calendar to plan, prioritize, and schedule publishing efforts, including collaboration with partners to track content refreshes/sunsets as needed.Resourcing and Traffic:

Manage resourcing and capacity utilization of Content Manager team and agency partner, overseeing strategic project prioritization and ensuring timely intake and distribution of work for flawless execution.Quality Assurance:

Responsible for overall quality of execution and stakeholder management. Build a model that meets the exacting standards of the business in terms of pixel-perfect content delivery and meeting publishing timelines.Rapid Response:

Help build and manage a 24/7 production operation which can flex to meet demands, including rapid response/urgent out-of-hours publishing requests, as well as the stable of sustain work on the REM POR.Creative Collaboration:

Partner with creatives to develop the content strategy, prototypes, design feasibility, and implementation across customer and internal facing platforms.Audience Management:

Partner with Comms and Learning strategists to define and oversee audience management across the multiple groups within our store community.Agency Management:

Lead global production partner to deploy content and hold agency accountable to SLAs, robust onboarding and training, and 24/7 service levels adhering to Apple’s exacting standards.Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of Content Managers. Role model inclusive leadership behaviors and build, develop, and retain diverse teams.Stakeholder Management:

On-point for leading cross-functional partners across REM. Attend stakeholder planning and prioritization meetings, and partner on content deployment strategies.Minimum QualificationsBachelor degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.5+ years of experience managing full-time employees with success in leading multiple projects, priorities, and people concurrently.7+ years of experience managing content across multiple content management systems with an ability to adapt to an ever-changing system and content landscape.5+ years of experience leading a global publishing agency across geo hubs and timezones with proven experience working with creatives, prototyping content and reviewing how content will show up across platforms.5+ years of experience in leading content management and deployment at global scale with an in-depth understanding of localization as it relates to content management.5+ years of experience leading process innovation and optimization at a global scale.Experience in HTML, CSS, XML, JSON.Key QualificationsExperience in prepping content for AI deployment including understanding of tagging and cataloging strategy.Experience in SEO.Expertise in video publishing and working knowledge of video formats, localization aspects, accessibility, etc.Additional RequirementsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $185,800 and $279,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
