Job Description
Responsibilities:Plan and write content for mobile (across all touch points including UI labels, emails, in-app notifications, and contextual help)Utilize customer data insights and storytelling to create a rich and personalized app experience across the consumer journeyCollaborate with design partners to influence page layout, interactions, and visual designCoordinate content with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to ensure we create a consistent end-to-end experienceWork with legal, compliance, privacy, and other teams to ensure corporate best practices, compliance, and to obtain approvalsMaintain the content in multiple languages—and sometimes multiple versions to meet different countries’ requirements—using external translation vendorsFix content defects and error messagesCollaborate with colleagues around the world to support the global brandAssist language validator during user acceptance testing on translated contentQualifications
Excellent, highly creative communication and critical-thinking skills.3 to 5 years of professional writing experience, with 3 years writing mobile content, preferably for interactive user experiencesA clear understanding of how to utilize a user-centered design process to drive decision-making regarding content.Experience using mobile app content as an engagement tool that transforms customer relationships.To be at ease managing multiple projects, setting stakeholder expectations, working individually and as a part of teams.Experience in financial services, payments or B2B is preferred.Bachelor's degree or equivalent in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.Additional Information
