You could be just the right applicant for this job Read all associated information and make sure to apply.We are looking for a Technical Director to work across a multi-cloud environment delivering existing and new cloud offerings for a new program that delivers applications and solutions across multiple classification levels in the environment.As the Technical Director you will:Lead a team of cloud professional architects to design and operate cloud-based network, identity, and security services to provide end user services such as email, web browsing, and virtual desktops.Integrate Infrastructure as Code (IaC) across the enterprise.Implement Zero Trust Architecture.Identify the key technology interactions and dependencies across systems/platforms impacting the organization's ability to achieve integration, compatibility, and performance targets.Evaluate total cost of ownership and return on investment of various IT platform/infrastructure alternatives.Design, test, and implement security controls, defenses, and countermeasures to intercept and prevent internal or external attacks.Support the security team to test and authorize the system for an enterprise Authority to Operate (ATO).Required Education, Experience, & SkillsAWS Solution Architect Associate, or equivalent.Security+, or equivalent.Terraform certifications.Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of work experience or equivalent experience.Preferred Education, Experience, & SkillsMaster's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.CISSP.AWS Solution Architect Professional.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $140,690 - $239,140. Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.Employee Benefits : At BAE Systems, we support our employees in all aspects of their life, including their health and financial well-being.
