Our client is seeking a skilled Product Designer to drive design initiatives across multiple project areas. The designer will collaborate with stakeholders and fellow designers to create innovative and engaging ad experiences that captivate consumers and inspire advertisers. The ideal candidate enjoys both developing new designs from a blank canvas and refining the intricate details of existing user experiences.

Are you ready to apply Make sure you understand all the responsibilities and tasks associated with this role before proceeding.Responsibilities:Lead product design efforts for multiple ad-related projects.Take ownership of project areas from concept to completion, working closely with other designers and stakeholders to develop comprehensive design solutions.Produce design deliverables, including storyboards, user flows, wireframes, mocks, prototypes, and specifications, while communicating designs through compelling storytelling and clear rationale.Advocate for user experience (UX) by effectively communicating design ideas to both internal and external teams.Collaborate closely with team members, exploring all design options and embracing diverse perspectives.Work in partnership with user researchers to guide research direction and incorporate user insights into the design process.Engage with UX, Engineering, Product Management, and leadership teams throughout all stages of the product lifecycle, from initial concept through to final delivery.Understand business goals and continuously analyze competitors, opportunities, and challenges to inform design decisions.Skills/Qualifications:BA/BS degree in Design (e.g., Interaction, Graphic, Visual Communications, Product, Industrial), HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent relevant work experience).A design portfolio showcasing successful experiences across mobile, tablet, TV, and/or desktop platforms.Strong core interaction design skills with a deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies and usability principles.Proficiency in Figma and fluency in visual and interaction design tools.Ability to work within a highly technical environment with a solid understanding of technical requirements and limitations.MA/MS in Design or a related field, or equivalent work experience, with demonstrated success in designing web-based interfaces.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Experience with prototyping or front-end development.Experience collaborating with user researchers, content strategists, product managers, and engineers.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $54.76 to $60.84 per hour. Compensation is based on factors including education, relevant work experience, certifications, and location.
