Segment Marketinga. Drive end equipment analysis for assigned segments Datacenter servers, storage, and Networking productsb. Present business plans to R&D and senior managementc. Drive channel demand creation through engagement activities and trainings with Sales representatives and Distributiond. Map industry & customer design locationse. Perform TAM/SAM/SOM analysisf. Collect equipment block diagrams and understand what drives timing requirementsg. Execute customer campaigns in end equipment application segmentsh. Pursue reference designs with IC vendors making architectural silicon2.

Technical Product Marketinga. Present Epson products and product roadmap to customer design engineersb. Own product line presentations, datasheets, web content, and sales training for assigned timing (crystals and oscillator) productsc. Create marketing collateral like White papers, blogs, videos, application notes etc.d. Conduct competitive analysise. Initiate new product proposals and work with R&D and senior management to manage roadmap for assigned productsf. Actively participate in product life cycle management (NPI, NRND, EOL etc.) with engineering, Sales, Operations and R&D teamsg. Assist customers with product selection, including crosses and configuration3.

Customer Account Managementa. Actively engage with existing customers and grow the existing customer baseb. Extract key project information from customer meetings, document and organize technical information and actively engage with R&D teams to provide timely feedback to customers to exceed their expectationsc. Keep senior management up to date with the account information.Your Experience:• Strong initiative, self-starter, curiosity, can-do attitude is a must• Strong customer management skills• Strong interpersonal skills, including working in a multi-cultural and geographically distributed team environment• Attention to detail, proven ability to multi-task• Strong technical fundamentals• Knowledge in analog circuit design, jitter and frequency is a plus• Strong engineering, data analysis, and problem-solving skills• Experience working with electronics distributors and manufacturers’ representatives is preferred• Knowledge of account management and basic marketing concepts• Strong communications skills – written, oral, presentation, and listening• Regular travel to customers – up to 25%, US and international• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree and 5+ years of equivalent and relevant working experience
