What You Will Do:

Strategy Development & Execution:

Evolve and execute Sweet Loren’s social and influencer strategy in collaboration with the Director of Marketing, ensuring alignment with our key performance indicators and engagement objectives.Operationalize strategies to drive brand awareness, community growth, and meaningful engagement across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest.Content Creation & Management:

Develop and manage social media calendars, ensuring consistent and timely posting across all platforms.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create high-quality content, including graphics, reels, and other multimedia assets that align with brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience.Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all social channels.Oversee the planning and execution of company-wide content needs in partnership with external vendors, ensuring alignment across omnichannel, sales, and marketing initiatives.Community Engagement:

Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and relevant conversations, using these insights to optimize our content strategy.Join and actively participate in conversations happening on other social profiles, ensuring Sweet Loren’s is part of relevant discussions and building relationships across the social landscape.Influencer Marketing:

Lead the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and goals.Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders to drive brand awareness and engagement.Oversee the creation of campaign briefs, ensuring they are clear, concise, and aligned with the overall marketing strategy.Define and track KPIs to measure the success of influencer campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.Performance Analysis & Reporting:

Analyze social media performance metrics and generate regular reports to track KPIs.Identify opportunities for growth and improvement based on data insights and industry best practices.Partnerships & Vendor Management:

Collaborate and manage the relationships with a diverse range of content creators, including influencers and photographers to produce high-quality, on-brand content that resonates with our target audience.Identify and engage with UGC creators to curate authentic content that reflects the genuine experiences of our community.Collaborate and partner with other brands on co-branded content, promotions, and campaigns that align with both brands' values and objectives.Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience (5+ years) in social media marketing, with specific expertise in organic social media strategy and influencer marketing within a CPG environment.Strong experience in managing influencer partnerships, including identifying, negotiating, and maintaining relationships with influencers to drive brand awareness and engagement.Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement and business results.Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in social media analytics tools.Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with exceptional attention to detail.Handles confidential information with integrity and exercise discretion.Juggles multiple demands simultaneously, from the mundane to the more strategic and prioritize conflicting requests and deadlines.Understanding of US retail grocery landscape is a plus.
