They will work closely with the property management team to drive foot traffic and maximize tenant sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate and a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain shoppers to the Shopping CenterCreate and manage press releases to promote events, sales, and new store openingsCollaborate with property management to effectively market and promote the property portfolioUtilize data collection and analysis to inform marketing decisions and measure effectiveness of campaignsMaximize tenant sales through effective marketing and promotional effortsEngage with the local community to build relationships and promote the Shopping Center as a community hubCreate and oversee visual marketing materials, including signage and digital contentManage social media presence and engage with followers to promote the Shopping CenterOversee project management for marketing initiatives and eventsMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related fieldMinimum of 3+ years experience in a marketing role, preferably in commercial real estate or retailStrong understanding of marketing principles and techniquesExperience with campaign management and measuring ROIExcellent project management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with data collection and analysisKnowledge of community engagement and public relationsProficiency in social media platformsFlexibility to work evenings or weekends to execute eventsFlexibility to travel, currently throughout California and/or Illinois, as portfolio dictatesApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.CyberCoders, Inc is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer
