Zillow is seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting our brand, products, and services to a wide range of audiences. Your primary responsibility will be to create and implement marketing strategies that drive user engagement, increase brand awareness, and support business objectives.

About The Role

The Frontline Marketing Specialist will be at the forefront of developing the best content, communications, tools and resources for our frontline team of Loan Officers to ensure the best customer outcomes. This role will have a unique opportunity to impact and influence how our frontline teams show up and deliver a better experience for all customers through effective content and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Marketing Campaigns:Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract and retain customers, with a focus on driving user acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.Content Creation and Management:Create engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, website, and advertising platforms. Manage content calendars and maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.Market Research:Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and customer preferences. Use data-driven insights to adapt marketing strategies and tactics.Digital Marketing:Optimize online advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve performance goals. Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.Email Marketing:Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product updates, and promotional content. Segment and target email lists to deliver personalized and relevant content to subscribers.

Who you are:2+ years of experience or a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in analytics and data interpretation.Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated on industry trends.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Compensation:In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $89,300.00 - $142,700.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
