Langan is seeking a Senior
Marketing Coordinator
to join its collaborative team in Tampa
or Orlando, FL . This individual will serve a key function in preparing proposals, qualifications, and presentations, researching business development opportunities, and providing marketing event support for projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of a national business development and marketing team and to collaborate with the firm's employees and leadership, along with architects, construction management firms, developers, attorneys, and other consultants to drive organizational growth.

Prepares, assists with and tracks proposals; statements of qualifications; requests for quotations, and pricing and other marketing collateral from concept through completion;Composes, edits, and creates graphic material, and prepares staff resumes and project experience needed for RFQs, RFPs, and other reports;Coordinates, tracks, and supports the firm's business development and marketing activities;Prepares and completes standard federal forms;Assists in the coordination of trade shows and special events;Designs schedules and coordinates meetings, events, and appointments to ensure the success of meeting deadlines;Attends networking events on behalf of the firm when appropriate; andPerforms other duties as requested.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required;3+ years of professional marketing experience within the real estate, architectural, engineering, or construction industry;Must understand verbal and written instructions;Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables;Experience with PowerPoint, Quark, Adobe Acrobat/Reader, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator software programs;Attention to detail with analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities;Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment.Langan provides a rich array of programs and benefits to help its employees advance their careers and enhance the quality of their lives.
