We are searching for a Sr. Digital Program Manager - Operations Scaling who can hold a leadership position in building strategic partnership with cross-functional technical teams, product teams and operations teams, be passionate about processes and innovation, and navigate in a complex environment with both business and technical aspects. This role demands a high capacity to Learn and be Curious, Earn Trust, Have Backbone; Disagree & Commit, Think Big, Dive Deep and Deliver Results as we need to be continually adapting to the fast-moving environment and push to drive efficiency and simplification for global customers.

Key job responsibilities

Be the subject matter expert for your assigned technical programDefine value proposition, entitlement, and limitations to cross-functional teamsBe the liaison between various technical, business, and development teams to drive both proactive and reactive customer and partner experience outcomesOwn and support global cross-team coordination, project management, and be able to swiftly prioritize and multi-task based on severity level and strong business judgementDeep dive and instrument data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for servicing partner teamsHave a passion for continuously improving the customer experienceBe a creative problem solver who always thinks critically about next stepsPossess flexibility and have a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment

Successful candidates will have experience in Supply Chain, Product Management, or Program Management within large global organizations.

They will also have a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and operations counterparts to deliver meaningful customer experiences.

A day in the lifeThis position can be located in Seattle (WA) or Culver City (CA).BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Ability to Influence internal and external stakeholders without authority- Experience building scalable programmatic mechanisms- Ability to independently pull data to make informed decisionsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in Supply Chain, Operational Management, or Program Management within large global organizations- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and operations counterparts to deliver meaningful customer experiences- Advanced skills and experience with SQL and Excel and Access, or similar database- Ability to understand customers and their behavior in order to drive new feature development- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills- Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them (verbal/written) to the stakeholders and executives as required- Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or imperfect dataAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $245,000/year in our highest geographic market.
