Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Experience in startup environment
Fast learner, goal-oriented, with a can-do attitude
Works well under pressure as part of a small marketing team
Creative problem-solving and strong analytics skills
Organizational and time management skills for managing multiple, diverse, and sometimes conflicting activities
Ability to translate business requirements into high-level and detailed functional specifications
