Job duties include:Facilitate effort to collaborate with CDX Strategists, CDX Researchers, the Experience Management & Capability team and the respective Experience Design team members to produce Service Design deliverables (e.g., Service Blueprints) for multiple Journeys (e.g. 3+) in a given Experience that are integrated, cross-touchpoint, cross-Customer Type, and Cross-Experience/Journey.Facilitate the design, execution, and incorporation of user research into the design of the relative Journeys.Requires a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. Will accept a Bachelor’s equivalent based on a combination of education and experience as determined by a professional evaluation service. Requires 5 years of experience as a Sr UX Designer or in a related role/capacity. Requires 5 years of experience in the following:Experience in digital domain utilizing Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban methodologies;Experience applying techniques and methods of modern user experience design, discovery, and delivery;Experience utilizing design/user experience platforms and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or Miro);Experience utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Creative Suite applications, and associated design tools;Experience with current web and mobile technology landscape;Experience utilizing human centered design and design thinking methodologies;Experience creating accessible, inclusive, and equitable design;Experience utilizing best-in-class design systems (e.g., Material, Carbon, or Fluent) and their pros and cons;Experience in evolving/adapting design systems or building them from scratch;Experience in problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to evolve UX strategy based on research, data, and industry trends;Experience utilizing analysis skills including process and user flow definition;Experience translating complex user, business, operational, and technical requirements into clear, accurate, compelling user experience deliverables;Experience engaging with strategists, product managers, engineers, researchers, SMEs, company leaders, or other employees in similar roles/capacities in a constructive and collaborative relationship;Experience in mentoring a team of UX Designers.Ability to travel domestically up to 20% of time based on a 40-hour workweek, may include overnight/weekend travel. Remote work benefit available.
