Join our dynamic and innovative marketing team as a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist at Mutual of Omaha. In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of display, native, and video advertising campaigns, driving results through programmatic platforms like DV360, Google, and Microsoft Ads. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:Estimated Salary: Minimum: $74,000 - $100,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.Benefits and Perks, 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.Regular associates receive 11 paid holidays in 2024, which includes 2 floating holidays that are added to your prorated personal time to be used at your discretion.Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 40 hours of personal time in 2024, which is prorated based on the start date. Additionally you will receive two floating holidays in 2024 by way of personal time that may be used at your discretion.Applicants for this position must not now, nor at any point in the future, require sponsorship for employment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:Directly manages the development, setup, and daily optimization of display, native, and video advertising campaigns across Programmatic Demand-Side Platforms (DSP) (DV360), Google, and Microsoft platforms, focusing on maximizing performance and identifying new testing opportunities.Utilize DSP auction dynamics, targeting parameters, bidding, and creative formats to optimize campaign structures while adhering to best practices for budget management, ad operations, and reporting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with larger business objectives, sourcing and executing creative tests and identifying opportunities for optimization within existing tactics.Analyze real-time campaign performance and work with Analytics teams to uncover data-driven insights and trends, proactively identifying optimization opportunities and recommending improvements based on results.Stay up to date on programmatic advertising trends, changes in technologies, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation in advertising strategies.

WHAT YOULL BRING:5+ years of experience in building and executing paid digital media campaigns, with a strong focus on programmatic advertising.Proficient in digital marketing technologies like Display & Video 360 (or other Programmatic DSP, Campaign Manager 360, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and similar tools.Proven ability to navigate programmatic ad exchanges, execute real-time bidding, and optimize display and video campaigns to meet specific performance objectives.Skilled in executing A/B tests for creative, audience, and messaging, as well as analyzing marketing data to uncover insights, performance drivers, and optimization opportunities.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently, along with excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:Bachelor's degree in a related field.Advanced experience in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.Broad affiliate advertising experience.
