Education:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

A Day in the Life:

Serve as a member of the Marketing Leadership Team while leading a team of customer-centric marketers.

Oversee a team responsible for customer facing pivotal initiatives responsible for driving brand awareness, business impact, and customer retention.

Be responsible for the management and optimization of marketing technologies, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools, to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.

Handle marketing budgets and allocate resources optimally to increase return on investment and achieve marketing objectives.

Keys to Success:

Develop a clear and compelling vision for customer marketing initiatives, aligned with overall business objectives, to drive customer engagement and business growth.

Cultivate a collaborative and supportive team environment, mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and career growth.

Maintain strong communication with team members, stakeholders, and other departments, effectively communicating ideas and strategies to senior management and key team members.

Keep the customer at the forefront of all marketing strategies, gathering and analyzing customer feedback and data to advise decision-making.

Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making informed decisions to optimize strategies.

Encourage innovation and creative problem-solving, staying updated on industry trends and experimenting with new marketing channels and techniques.

Ensure proficiency with marketing technologies and platforms, supervising the implementation and management of new technologies to improve efficiency.

Experience:

5+ years proven experience in customer marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role required.

Experience in retaining marketing teams and driving customer-centric initiatives in diagnostics or healthcare strongly preferred.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and web analytics.

Proficiency in marketing technologies and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation tools, CMS) strongly preferred.

Experience in clinician engagement preferred.

Skills & Abilities:

Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% including occasional weekends and international travel.

Demonstrate leadership providing clarity in goals, expectations and priorities while fostering open and clear communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.

Customer-centric approach, crafting strategic multi-channel solutions.

Phenomenal teammate adept at cross-functional collaboration.
