The Associate Director, Amazon Media Analytics is responsible for leading the development and ongoing management of Kimberly-Clark North America’s Amazon Media Analytics program. This role will play a key role in determining the scope of the program, integrating it with businesses, and creating meta-analyses that will shape Amazon media analytics at Kimberly-Clark. This role will maximize growth and profitability of the revenue streams.

In this role, you will:Design & implement infrastructure to scale new Amazon Analytics Team function so that K-C catches up and quickly “leap frogs” peer set

Coach and develop a team new Amazon Marketing Cloud capability + team by creating clear value prop, socializing w/ stakeholders, and scaling wins

Develop + execute an annual media measurement transformation agenda + roadmap in partnership with both internal and external Amazon teams

Manage vendors that are in service of Amazon media analytics

Accountable for the ongoing delivery of high-quality media analysis, recommendations and impact that drives Amazon Team NS, Share and Marketing KPIs

Own relationship with Amazon Measurement Product Managers, in support of overall Amazon Advertising relationship (owned by Marketing Sr. TL)

Bring central learnings and best practices from HQ Insights & Analytics (I&A) Team + adopt for Amazon Team

Ability to guide, design, analyze, and drive insights from Amazon media tests

Monitor industry trends in advanced retail marketing analytics (Amazon + others) for new tools, vendors, features to ensure K-C is in a constant state of readiness

Work closely with Amazon Brand Managers across the organization to support their media strategies, media performance and integration

In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and minimum 10 years of direct experience in performing analytics in marketing sciences capacity at a media agency, market research, or consulting company, or in-house at a brand

Experience building + leading a high-performing team directly or cross functionally, that develop strong partnerships with stakeholders

Working knowledge of databases and SQL is required

Knowledge of web measurement technologies

Ad serving platforms

Web analytics

Test design and analytics

Data visualization skills (e.g. Tableau, Datorama, Power BI, etc.)

Quantitative education or experience preferred (Statistics, Social Sciences, Economics, Quantitative Marketing)

Experience in a cross-functional team environment with agency

Preferred (not essential, but desired):Acumen of Amazon Advertising ecosystem and measurement suite

Experience with marketing clean rooms

Desire to progress into future analytics roles that have impact over brand strategy

An MBA
