Title: Project Manager Specialist - MarketingLocation: St. Louis - HQ, MODuration: 18 Months

Project & Process Management:Develops, owns, and communicates holistic project timelines to internal & external teams regularly.This includes:Creation & management of all project timelinesOrganize & set of kickoffs, collaborations & presentationsLead both internal & brand status meetingsLead daily standup meetings (Kanban)Manage and recommend process optimizations using Agile principlesShare and celebrate projects, leading retrospective sessions & suggesting ways to instill learnings within the department and across disciplinesAct as a cross-functional hub for all project executions, partnering closely with internal & external partners to ensure overall project successProficient in managing high-volume, quick-turn projects with multiple internal and external stakeholdersUnderstand multiple aspects of production from print, digital, experiential, and content (this is a big one)Manages production phase of most projects, once key creative and copy has been approvedAbility to consider the full scope of projects, beyond simply managing timelines… but considering how the pieces work together.Ability to think strategically about communications and the implications of choices being made, to participate and add to a conversation regarding the consumer journey/experienceTakes ownership of project efficiency; Understands project processes and how to flex it.Understands multiple aspects of production from print, digital, experiential & content. Including format, sizes, and overall ensuring the proper asset.Knowledge of and proficiency with Content Hub and/or VR Financial:Open jobs utilizing agency software toolsWork with account leads to accurately scope project jobsIssue POs to external vendors Agency/Client Service:Demonstrates working knowledge of internal & external partner processesManagement of all production-related requests from the internal team, clients, or meta-agency partnersGather and vet specs to ensure project accuracyBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferred3+ years of experience in a Marketing/Advertising agency project management roleDemonstrated ability of past contributions to client businesses in an agency service environmentAdditional Skills:Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Experience with Project Management and Agile toolsExcellent leadership, communication, organization, & time management skillsGood oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills.Thoroughness and attention to detail.Exhibits a helpful, proactive attitude.
