The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an enthusiastic, motivated Marketing Intern to our Constellation team in Philadelphia, PA.

The Marketing intern is responsible for directly supporting the needs, goals and projects of the Cultural & Attractions (C&A) vertical in Dining & Events for Constellation Culinary Group and Lancer Hospitality Group.

This is a hybrid position remote work with some time at Constellations home

office (Philadelphia) and on-site for events required.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage C&A social media accounts:

-Consistent posting in-feed and stories

-Create and maintain content calendars for all units

-Obtain and organize images and other assets for content

- Attend promotional events and photo shoots as needed to capture content / support the marketing team

• Responsible for assisting marketing and creative teams with and retail collateral projects.
• Assist in sourcing items and maintaining project sourcing budget spreadsheets (under the direction of the Director of Creative & Special Projects)
• Limited administrative duties including but not limited to- booking travel, scheduling appointments, processing invoices, organizing files in shared drive and Dropbox, shipping collateral, client gifts etc. from our preferred freight partners (FED EX).
• Assist with inventory and organization of marketing materials/collateral/packaging/gifts

Qualification Standards:

• 1+ years of marketing experience
• Hospitality experience (preferred, but not required)
• Advanced PC knowledge and comprehension (Word, PPT, Excel)
• CANVA experience
• Digital Marketing Experience
• Good written and oral communicator
• Strong Time management skill/prioritizing tasks
• Polished and professional; positive attitude
• Minimal travel for promotional events and photo shoots (limited to the Mid-Atlantic region and NY)
