Bilingual Media Assistant

Job Posting: Bilingual Media Assistant (Temporary Assignment)

We are seeking a Bilingual Content Creator (Spanish/English) for a temporary assignment to assist with content creation and administrative tasks while a team member is on leave. This role will be part-time, requiring 10-15 hours per week for approximately 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit content, including both text and graphics, for online platforms.
• Transcribe recordings of Spanish language interviews accurately.
• Manage social media accounts, preferably in a professional capacity, by posting and scheduling content.
• Update websites, manage online files, and assist with various administrative tasks.
• Upload content to e-newsletter platforms and ensure timely dissemination.

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English, with strong transcription skills.
• Experience in content creation (text and graphics) is essential.
• Familiarity with social media platforms in a professional setting.
• Strong organizational skills and experience maintaining online files and updating websites.
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently within a part-time schedule.
