Youll collaborate with team members and gain hands-on experience with a variety of marketing projects and initiatives, including:S upporting the creative development of marketing content and assets, assisting with marketing campaigns, and contributing to digital and social media marketing efforts.Analyzing program and marketing effectiveness, using tools such as Google Analytics and Qlikview to assess performance, as well as making recommendations to optimize.Contributing to creation and maintenance of sales, training and channel enablement resources, such as literature, program support materials, communications and other tools.Seeking out and synthesizing market insights for emerging market opportunitiesCollaborating with the team to support photo and video shoots, marketing events, and ongoing product launch needs.Other duties as assigned.What Do You Need?To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:Current undergraduate Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.Self-starter with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solvingInterest and enthusiasm for both creative and analytical aspects of marketing.Strong oral and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to support a range of tasks.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) a plus.Experience or knowledge of landscape, construction and rental industries a plus.What Can We Give You?At The Toro Company, we are always working to make sure our interns know just how valued they are.
