Manage the customer experience survey process, including distributing surveys, analyzing results, and presenting insights.

Create marketing materials (e.g., brochures, datasheets, product catalogs, posters) to support FormFactor’s sales and marketing efforts.

Research industry-specific topics and trends; create website content based on findings.

Provide graphic design support for industry events or conferences to effectively showcase the company’s products and brand.

Contribute creative ideas and captions for social media content.

Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, sales portal, and learning center.

Education, Skills, and Experience Required:Preferred major(s): Pursuit of degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or related major.Preferred level of education: Bachelors or Masters

Graphic design experience and proficiency with digital creative tools such as Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Photoshop and Lightroom).

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently/remotely while effectively collaborating with colleagues across many disciplines, organizations, and continents.

Availability for a hybrid schedule with position based in the Livermore office.

The pay range for this role in Livermore, CA is between $20.50 and $28.50. The pay range may differ in other locations. FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
