We unlock the full potential of our Marketing organization, powering dedication and best practices. We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Analytics Manager to contribute to our efforts in redefining sophisticated Marketing data into clear and actionable insights. A successful candidate will be passionate about best-in-class measurement, possess strong technical analytical skills, understand the critical value of enablement, and demonstrate the ability to draw out and distill key requirements from partners while actively listening to all parties.ResponsibilitiesSupport the global MuleSoft Marketing team to unearth insights to drive business outcomes including ACV, pipeline growth, demand generation, and lead conversion

Partner with the MuleSoft Marketing team, and other cross-functional teams to make business reviews impactful, and support planning cycles

Collaborate with marketing teams to identify business problems and growth opportunities, and use analytics tools to generate actionable insights

Contribute to the development of Marketing's measurement strategy and roadmap, identifying the correct key, leading, and diagnostic metrics for profitable growth

Serve as subject matter expert for our products and resources (Snowflake, Tableau, Google Analytics 4 and other internal Salesforce Tools), identifying opportunities to streamline analytical workflows

Provide training, enablement, documentation and other assistance to support and expand the use of self-service analytics across the Marketing organization, so they become confident consumers of dashboards and other components of our data products

Build on and document our data sources, models, metrics, and dashboards in a way that increases our team's long-term efficiency and output

Create and maintain an information architecture / datasets, ensuring they are easily accessible and understandable by the Marketing team for all performance metrics required by the business

Benchmark key performance metrics to the industry and other Salesforce Clouds

Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting with comprehensive policies and processes while adhering to Salesforce's Privacy and Security policies

Act as a thought partner with other analytic teams and marketing leaders around strategic projects

Measure, analyze and report on the impact of campaign and demand activities on sales pipeline, revenue and demand funnel velocity

Required Skills & Experience4+ years of marketing operations experience in an analytics role focused on quantitative analysis, data modeling, and logical reasoning

Excellent work ethic and detail orientation

Self-starter, with a desire to learn and keep up with analytics industry trends

Ability to analyze data to make performance improvements, prioritize them based on impact and effort, and communicate those insights in an easy-to-understand way at all levels of the organization

Project/program management skills and ability to quickly learn new tools within the Analytics space

Problem solving skills: proven track record of structure sophisticated problems, and develop solutions

Knowledge of building workflows for turning large datasets into high confidence insights

Familiar with Data Visualization, Data Science, Data Analysis practices with some knowledge/experience using industry tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Python, software-as-a-service metrics, Salesforce

High degree of comfort running complicated analyses and modeling Google Sheets or Tableau

Strong presentation skills, especially related to building compelling PowerPoint or Google Slides presentations

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
