About Us:
The Entry Level Marketing Assistant at Webcraft Stylers supports the marketing team in the execution of various campaigns and marketing initiatives. This role involves assisting with content creation, social media management, market research, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the fundamentals of marketing.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the marketing team in executing campaigns, promotions, and events.Support content creation for social media platforms, blogs, and email marketing.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.Help manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement.Assist with the coordination of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, tracking key metrics and analytics.Collaborate with the design and sales teams to ensure marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines.Maintain organized records of marketing activities, budgets, and timelines.Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.Perform other duties as assigned by the marketing manager to support the overall marketing strategy.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or working towards it) is preferred.No prior marketing experience is required, but internships or relevant coursework are a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and basic knowledge of content creation.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and learning.Benefits
