Our client, a leading IT consulting firm, is looking for 2 resources, Business Analyst (Marketing Automation).

Responsibilities:• Analyze and evaluate business processes• Elicit, define, and document business requirements• Uncover areas of improvement and develop enhancement solutions• Collaborate with stakeholders to document and ensure adherence to requirements• Develop and maintain project documentation• Marketing personalization• Marketing automation• Program-level leadership experience as lead BA of multiple integrated projects• Expert communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to adapt communication with great level of impact to diverse set of users and stakeholder groups
