About the position
As a key player in one of Altruist's most influential product areas, you will focus on enhancing the process for advisors and their clients to open and fund accounts. Success in this role involves crafting and guiding the creation of a seamless advisor experience, as well as delivering a simple, trustworthy, and delightful experience for clients.
What you'll doWork closely with PMs, Engineers, and Designers to create an exceptional account opening and funding experience for advisors and their clients.Mentor, with the possibility of managing, one designer within your product area.Own the end-to-end design from ideation and research to executionApply data, research, and customer insights to design decisionsIterate quickly through mockups and clickable prototypes that may range in fidelity and functionalityWork within our existing styles and design system to create a cohesive experience, but know when to break existing styles to execute an even better vision.What you'll bring

Total compensation includes a competitive benefits package along with equity in the form of Stock Options (ISOs).
