What you will be doing

The Ad Operations Manager - Off-Platform is the internal problem solver who establishes and ensures adoption of operational rigor for Albertsons Media Collective for our Off-Platform solutions on behalf of our clients. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful implementation, optimization, and reporting of campaigns.

The position will be based in Pleasanton, CA, or one of our main regional offices (Boise, ID, Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, Denver CO, Dallas TX, Chicago, IL, Fullerton, CA, Phoenix, AZ).

Main responsibilitiesEnsure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standardsMaximize the efficiency of all business proceduresBuild processes that meet our business objectives and ensure adoption through playbook and standard checklist for our off-platform solutionsWork with business operations and product teams to define and adopt use cases to build out marketing infrastructure and tools to scale campaign efficiency i.e., OMS enhancementsBe the champion and operations strategy lead for tagging, ad verification, dynamic creative, ad-tech platforms (DV360, Tradedesk, Social, CTV, etc.) and Order Management SystemMaintain and improve operational workflow for campaign management & trafficking implementationManage offshore trafficking teamTroubleshooting with ad-tech partners as neededWork on new and innovative projects, providing solutions and insights with minimal guidanceQA and governance of all naming conventions across all channelsBuild productive and positive relationships across the organization at all levels to drive influenceThe salary range is $95,400 to $123,900 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay/Flexible Time Off, paid holidays (8-9 days annually) bereavement pay and retirement benefits (such as 401(k) eligibility). Associates in this position are also eligible for a quarterly bonus.

Ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problemsStrong leadership skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsExceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyWe believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:

3-5 years of experience with ad serving technology and operations with proven experience with digital ad trafficking, campaign operations, and programmatic implementationProficiency in digital advertising tools and platforms, including DSPs, ad servers, and analytics tools. (DSP, SSP, Trading Desks, Deal ID)Strong knowledge of ad serving standardsExperience with the following:

3rd party ad servers CM360, Flashtalking, Extreme Reach, Innovid, etc.3rd party verification like IAS & DoubleVerifyOrder Management Systems

Must be comfortable managing both in-house and offshore/remote or agency partner teams
