SUMMARY : Vital Team member of the marketing team taking the lead with Latino Arts programming and events, as well as:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOrganize and implement programming and logistics for Latino Arts performances, exhibit openings, educational workshops, and virtual offerings.Lead on concert logistics and band accommodationsCoordinate school attendance to Latino Arts Programs, Managing contracts and payments; follow-ups.Assist with program planning and brainstorming.Help represent Latino Arts to other collaborative groups and external organizations.Assist Latino Arts Marketing Efforts and support the Digital Communications Coordinator to roll out LA marketing which could include email, print, and social media - developing marketing strategies and leading execution of those strategies with team assistance.Manage Latino Arts, Inc. events and sales including helping to manage the Eventbrite, box office - back-end financials, and deposit paperwork and tracking.In conjunction with the Development Department, understand and use customer databases and assist with data entry and audience data.Other Marketing and office support tasks which could include marketing projects and team support.Other Skills:

Qualifications

Degree in Communications, Arts management, or related significant experience. Superior organizational, and project management skills, as well as strong writing skills and attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to build and develop relationships with coworkers, volunteers, and donors. Basic computer knowledge, people skills, creativity, and a team-oriented, friendly, attitude is necessary. Must be able to multitask and keep track of many different projects at once. Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment; bilingual Spanish/English desirable. Some evening and weekend hours.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Clean work environment, occasional outside work, some lifting, and evening hours.
