Social Media/Marketing Manager needed.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing/Social Media Manager with a background in the medical field, specifically dermatology, to drive our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of increasing ROI through enhanced social media presence and be adept at managing various platforms to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and social media strategies tailored to the dermatology sector.Create engaging content and manage social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and blog posts.Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track performance and provide actionable insights to management.Increase ROI through strategic social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.Collaborate with the internal team to ensure marketing strategies align with company goals.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the dermatology market.Report on key performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet KPIs.Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing or social media management, preferably within the medical or dermatology field.Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and content creation for blog posts.Demonstrated success in increasing ROI through effective social media and digital marketing strategies.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications or additional training in dermatology or medical marketing are a plus.Benefits:
