SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:

The Marketing Manager will provide project, communications, and general administrative support in all functions of standerd and digital marketing. Assisting the Sales and Marketing Department in planning, developing, and implementing the company’s marketing initiatives, with a focus on managing projects, content development, and promoting brand awareness. Works alongside the development and sales teams and in partnership with external creative agencies to target buyers and brokers.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:Manage and assist on all marketing campaigns, driving composite through final artwork for a wide range of projects and initiatives.Manage marketing coordinators and creative production artists by guiding and overseeing work assigned, ensuring completion of initiatives and duties.Manage and assist in development and implementation of brand positioning and identify marketing strategy for active projects and future developments.Manage collateral creative through final production-ready artwork (interactive and experiential presentations) as related to each project, including onsite sales centers and event activities.Manage and assist with budgeted financial marketing goals and make recommendations on how to spend marketing dollars for each community.Cultivate and oversee execution of social media marketing, email campaigns, and web solutions.Provide event support for small- and large-scale events through various deliverables including invitations, signage, incentives, etc.Effectively manage marketing vendor relationships and actively seek new marketing partners/vendors in all divisions.Attend regular meetings with the sales and marketing team to review marketing needs.Maintain “milestone schedule” for all active projects.Regular onsite project visits to review presentation.Manage internal SharePoint marketing department folders.Protect the Williams Homes brand in all marketing efforts and communications to ensure brand standards are met.Requirements

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a closely related field.5+ years proven experience within all functions of marketing; ad agency and/or homebuilder experience a plus.Strong organizational and project management skills, and the ability to successfully oversee multiple priorities.Ability to manage others in a positive manner to achieve departmental goals.Excellent proofreading and copywriting skills.Self-motivated, well-organized, highly dependable, efficient, and detailed oriented.Ability to work more than 40 hours per week when needed to meet deadlines. Ability to travel as needed.Extensive knowledge in MS Office Suite, Adobe, and other relevant marketing software.
