SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the development, planning and implementation of public and private casino promotions and events.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC.Executes promotions and events and assists participating customers.Ensures promotion/event areas are stocked with necessary supplies, decorations and secures items at conclusion of promotion/event.Ensures collateral materials for promotions and events are displayed prior to and recovered at the conclusion of each project.Assist in disseminating information about events to all impacted operating departments.Interfaces with operating departments to ensure timely coordination of all promotions/events.Acts as a representative of the Casino at all off-property events and promotions, with the ability to travel both in and out of market areas.Sets up and runs audio and other types of equipment; hangs banners and other staging elements.Sets up, breaks down and transports promotional event equipment as required.Assists in the preparation of contest rules, waivers, and release forms for digital, social media and other contests.Maintains prize inventory and awarding of prizes at events.Attends all applicable trainings, meetings, and pre-shifts.Complies with marketing and promotions schedule.Performs other tasks as assigned.JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Must be 19 years or older.Must have a High School Diploma or GED.One (1) year experience in guest service, gaming preferred.Knowledge of marketing program and/or ability to learn.Proficient with Microsoft office Suite or related software; and relatedplayer system software.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.Ability to work with multiple employees.CORE COMPETENCIES :

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected

WORK HOURS:

Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Team members must be able to work varying-schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
