You will play a crucial role in identifying partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements, and managing ongoing partner relationships to ensure mutual success. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales management, relationship building, and the brokerage industry.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.Identify, target, and establish relationships with potential partners, including financial institutions, fintech companies, and other relevant organizations in the brokerage industry.Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to maximize value for both parties and drive revenue growth.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, content, product development, and compliance, to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.Manage and nurture existing partner relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform partnership strategies and initiatives.Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships and make data-driven adjustments to strategies.Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on partnership performance, strategies, and opportunities.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on partnership growth.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales management or business development, preferably within the brokerage or financial services industry.Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing strategic partnerships.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze market trends and business metrics to drive strategic decisions.Strong leadership ability with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations in the brokerage industry is preferred.Knowledge of New York offline resources.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and retirement plans.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Salary Range$100,000 - $120,000 AnnuallyDisclaimerThe above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
