The Marketing Coordinator reports into the marketing manager and coordinates the marketing activities. Communicates both external (client facing) and internal (retail team) initiatives to all retail stores.
RESPONSIBILITES:
Assisting team members with day to day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requestedOrganizing the production of branded items such as stationery, promotional items, and internal communicationsSupporting the in-house marketing and design team by coordinating and collating contentProducing additional marketing communications, such as flyers, brochures and exhibition-related projectsTrack competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors25% time spent assisting with visual merchandisingAssisting with event planning and promotional initiatives at store levelAssisting with the production of artwork, sourcing images, print buying and checking copyREQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree in marketing or 1-3 previous experience in a similar marketing roleConfident and outgoing personalityExcellent attention to detailWell organized and self-motivatedExcellent command of written English with copy accuracyAbility to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlinesLift up to 20 poundsBend, lift, twist to different spacesWork in different temperatures and outside elementsSit for long periods of timeADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
