This role is ideal for a self-starter who is passionate about fitness and eager to contribute to the company's growth by developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and products. Pay Range: $1150 - $1450 weeklyFull timeKey ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities, competitor activities, and customer preferences.Promote Questify Fitness services, classes, and products through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.Work closely with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies and improve customer acquisition.Support the creation and distribution of promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, and advertisements.Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling content for digital marketing channels, including blogs, social media posts, and newsletters.Manage and grow Questify Fitness's social media presence by engaging with followers, posting regular updates, and tracking campaign performance.Assist in organizing fitness events, sponsorships, and community outreach programs to promote brand visibility.Monitor marketing metrics, track campaign performance, and generate reports with insights for future strategies.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Strong interest in fitness and marketing.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) or marketing tools is a plus.BenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay.401(k) plan with company match.Professional development and growth opportunities.Gym membership and wellness programs.Employee discounts on Questify Fitness products and services.
