VP Consumer Marketing & Growth (B2C)Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic VP of Marketing and Growth to lead their global marketing strategy and drive significant growth globally and across their top markets.This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2C markets and the ability to transition to B2B enterprise needs.The ideal candidate will have:Strong analytical skills and a proven track record in marketing, customer acquisition, branding, and growth.The ability to manage global teams and work across various marketing channels including branding, performance, lifecycle management, influencer and social campaigns, community, PR and events.Qualifications:8-10+ years of marketing and customer acquisition, growth-centric experienceStrong analytical skills with experience working with multiple data sets and aligning goals, working closely with data and product teams to deliver impact sizing for proposed initiatives and product specific needsExpertise in global to local GTM strategy in launching new features and products, expanding into new (or test) markets, full market rolloutProven experience managing global teams across multiple regions and time zonesExperience working across multiple marketing levers including branding, performance, CRM, influencers, social media, and community engagement, measuring goals and pacing, and ability to be agile to pivot strategy and execution when neededAbility to collaborate closely with product, engineering, sales, and creative teams.Experience working in a fast-paced environment driving growth and achieving high targets and providing consistent reporting of results and key takeawaysPassion for delivering impact around the world.In-depth understanding of B2C business and market, with readiness to address B2B enterprise needs working closely with the B2B Marketing Director.Must Haves:TOFU (Top of Funnel) Experience -

Strategically drive budget planning against key OKRs, and optimize marketing spend to achieve maximum impact and ROI.Risk and Impact Analysis:
