USC Online is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to coordinate marketing operations for online graduate degree programs. This role requires excellent communication skills, demonstrated analytical skills, knowledge, skill and passion for social media, excellent organization skills, attention to detail and demonstrated ability to understand market segments and targeting. Experience using a CRM, marketing automation software, social media monitoring software and proficiency in Adobe Suite desired, but not required. Additionally, the successful candidate will also demonstrate the ability to problem solve and think critically, and also be able to adjust to a rapidly changing environment.

This is a hybrid position that will work from home and in Bovard Colleges main office in Downtown LA. Typical tasks include: assisting with email marketing campaigns; building out, monitoring and reporting on advertising campaigns and researching new vendors; researching and developing content for our social media channels and news pages; assisting with marketing reports; maintaining the website and marketing calendar; helping to prepare for new program launches; and other administrative tasks as needed.USC Bovard College provides innovative programs to support individuals during key academic and career transitions. Administers day-to-day marketing support for USC Bovard College.Administers department marketing calendar, as assigned. Monitors schedules, production and other details to ensure timely completion and quality control of marketing activities.Coordinates advertising placement and schedules.Helps manage posting and updating content on the website.Updates branded documents and presentations as needed; maintains branding and graphic identity guidelines.Coordinates work of contracted vendors, such as graphic designers, photographers, advertising representatives, etc., as assigned, and ensures timely delivery of goods and/or services.Writes and/or edits copy for department marketing projects such as social media posts, publications, emails, advertisements, press releases, announcements, etc, as assigned.Assists with communications to potential and existing students.Compiles and analyzes information and prepares reports and/or other documentation for management review. Analyzes, monitors, and evaluates marketing efforts for effectiveness, as assigned.Assists the marketing department with special projects and administrative tasks, as needed.The hourly rate for this position ranges from $26.96 to $30.78. Bachelor's degree, Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education.Minimum Experience:

2 years.Minimum Field of Expertise:

Marketing, publications, public relations, business administration, communication, advertising or related field experience. Knowledge of the principles and practices of marketing. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
