Be one of the first applicants, read the complete overview of the role below, then send your application for consideration.Learn more about the company at: www.blendily.comThe Position: Influencer Marketing and Social Media SpecialistBlendily is looking for a motivated Influencer Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our growing team!Responsibilities:Execute a sales-driving influencer outreach program.Identify influencers with strong engagement, brand resonance, and potential for driving sales.Conduct outreach, represent the brand positively, and foster long-term relationships with influencers.Negotiate terms and finalize agreements.Oversee the entire process of gifting products to influencers, from securing inventory to shipping and tracking.Provide influencers with training or resources to ensure they understand the brand's products, messaging, and compliance requirements.Collaborate with influencers on content creation to maximize sales performance and review and approve content to ensure it aligns with the brand's messaging, values, and quality standards.Engage with the influencers and their communities via the brand’s social channels.Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports.Stay current with digital marketing and social media content trends so that the brand remains relevant.Conduct research on competitors and target audience insights.Ensure all influencer partnerships and content comply with legal regulations and industry guidelines, such as disclosure requirements.Monitor and optimize the budget allocation for influencer campaigns to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI.Skills/Qualifications:At least six months of experience in a social media or influencer marketing role or the equivalent.Knowledge of influencer industry, content that converts, and platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and podcasts.Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.In-depth knowledge of social media including existing and emerging platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication.Photography, graphic design, and video editing experience is a plus.Well organized and great project management skills.Minimum of a High School education or equivalent.Personality & Values:A conscious individual whose values align with Blendily.A passion for driving sales.A team player that demonstrates a high level of integrity & personal accountability.Highly communicative go-getter that is motivated and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.A genuine, warm demeanor with a true can-do attitude.Pay / Schedule:Starting pay is $21/hr with a performance bonus based on the sales generated from the influencer post. Performance reviews are conducted every three months when opportunities for salary increases & bonuses will be evaluated. Benefits include sick leave, PTO, employee discounts, and gifts. This is a part-time position for 12-20 hours a week.
