Currently, we are hiring a Marketing & Community Outreach Associate to help with our community-based outreach campaigns. This role is pivotal in driving customer enrollment and expanding our client’s reach within the community. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of marketing expertise, presentation or public speaking skills, and a passion for community outreach.

General Responsibilities:

This role involves direct customer engagement, with a focus on enrolling eligible customers in telecommunication services.

Act as a liaison between the community and our clients' services.

Work with fellow team members to brainstorm new strategies to expand brand awareness within the community.

Collaborate with team members and management to meet or exceed enrollment goals.

Stay up to date on all client information.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Some experience in marketing or customer service-based roles, preferably in the telecommunications industry.

Exceptional organizational skills.

Comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a variety of audiences.

High-school diploma or equivalent.

WHAT TO KNOW:

Pay is based on performance.

This is a full-time role only.

This role will be based out of Long Beach, CA.
