The role of Receptionist includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Scheduling appointments
Responding to various email inboxes, website messages, text inquiries, vendor portals, lead sources, etc.
Ordering and stocking supplies
Managing company website and social media with SEO best practices and weekly posts
Tracking marketing data and lead sources
Other Administrative tasks as assigned (mail, shipping labels, projects, etc.)
Other qualities we are looking for:
Friendly and professional voice presence
Great customer service skills
Positive attitude
Accurate data entry and the ability to follow instructions
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility and adaptability
Problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn
Salesforce and Google Workspace a plus
This position is part-time and will be roughly 20-30 hours a week depending on volume. Hours are somewhat flexible between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
