results, caring and learning.What you'll be doingCreate and maintain : Provide guidance on which channels to use for content delivery and measure customer engagement to assess the effectiveness of the content strategy.Coordinate : Evolve current brand direction and set clear guidelines for voice, tone and messaging.Manage : Drive content and asset development (strategy, brief and delivery) across all touchpoints including earned, paid media, email, social media and owned and partner website and marketplaces.Collaborate : Collaborate with stakeholders to establish content calendars, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence that builds authority in science and style.Become an expert : Provide guidance to content contributors to deliver content on message, on brand and on time. Inform content direction utilizing testing, search engine optimization, content trends and consumer behavior to influence content direction.Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from four-year college or university; or four years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Five plus years experience in managing marketing and brand initiatives in CPG, D2C or retail environment.Previous experience and familiarity working with influencers and external content creators, including contracting, supervising, and evaluating content work.Excellent problem solving skills and analytical ability to interpret metrics.Industry knowledge of footwear or consumer soft goods is preferred.Vionic is part of Caleres Inc., a diverse portfolio of 15 global footwear brands including Sam Edelman, Famous Footwear, Naturalizer, Allen Edmonds and more.
