Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Medicare Advantage Growth & Strategic Initiatives, you will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include:Developing and implementing innovative marketing programs to promote UCLA Health Medicare Advantage Plans.Maintaining and producing marketing assets and coordinating campaigns and targeted communications to prospects and members.Acting as the primary liaison between New Century Health Plan, UCLA Health Marketing & Communications, and the UCLA Faculty Practice Group.Overseeing creative services and content production, including website management, social media, and video content.Authoring ongoing content for the UCLA Health Medicare Advantage Plan website and managing the routing of marketing assets for CMS approval.Supervising a team dedicated to supporting the Medicare Advantage Growth Office.Salary Range: $92,600 - $202,200/annually
